At our company, we do not believe in "keeping track" of your habits on the internet.
We believe that companies who do this ARE invading your right to privacy. We do not employ any invasive software to grab information from your computer or keep track of what you "click" on when you are in our site. And, you will recieve no cookies from us. We believe that those types of "marketing strategies" are bad for personal privacy, and are completely unnecessary if a company is offering quality products or services, and encourages feedback from its customers. (Please let us know about your experience with the herbal products you purchase from us.)
When you place an order with our company, we do keep written records of your purchase, with your mailing address, phone number, and other appropriate information which you have provided to us for the purposes of filling your order and mailing it out to you. If you purchase products or services from us using your visa or mastercard, we ask you to verbally tell us your number over the phone to prevent hackers from securing your card number. As soon as your number has been entered (by hand) by us, and we have recieved a purchase confirmation number from your credit card company, the paper on which it was written is shredded and added to our adobe mixture... (as we are building a home, and the mixture requires 10% shredded, pulped paper).
As for the written files which are kept for mailing purposes, THESE ARE UNAVAILABLE. And nothing short of a court order, (delivered by some very BIG guys, will pry them from our hands). In short, we want you to rest assured that we have your best interests in mind... one of which is your privacy, and that we are not now, and never will be... representatives of the disgusting "Corporate America" syndrome.
With Kind regards, Richard McDonald, C.H. (Clinical Herbalist)
